If you have HIV or AIDS, staying healthy may depend on putting together many different services – medical care, health insurance, housing, drug/alcohol treatment, HIV/STD education, emotional support and many others depending on your needs. Whether you just found out you have HIV or if you’ve had it for a long time, an HIV case manager can help you understand your options and connect you with the services and support you may need.
